Its been a long time since I last posted, so thought I should do an update.
We have been in for almost 10 months now, and it has flown by. We have done a few things outside during this time, deck the front portico, finished rendering the back retaining walls, and put up fencing/gates to the side of the house. We are still trying to find bits and pieces of furniture, art and rugs to complete the inside but to anyone visiting, the house looks complete.
To our utter dismay, we are still waiting for items that were picked up in PCI to be completed, and believe me when I say, I have hounded them weekly with emails and calls to try and get everything completed. We have has plasterers and painters back 3 times since handover, and we are still waiting for painters to come back and complete painting for work that was done ready for them to do since february. Our stacker doors and screens have been a nightmare, and will supposedly be fixed/finished next week. Our timber flooring which was installed last june (and had scratches in sections) is still waiting to be fixed with the supplier unable to commit to a date since then to come and fix!!! Whilst we love our home, we will NEVER build again, and will definately not recommend anyone to build with a company that doesnt use local trades/suppliers as getting them back to fix anything is impossible. I just cant wait until its all finished and I dont have to deal with them anymore.

3 1/2 Months In
We have now been in the house for 3 1/2 months, and cant imagine ever living anywhere else. We love the house, the space, and the area. After a few weeks struggling to get our pool cleaned up, I'm happy to say its all up and running perfectly and is getting a great work out. We are so glad we extended our alfresco area - it has really come in handy when entertaining.
We are still waiting for a few items to completed from PCI, and this week we sent in our maintenance list, which ended up being 9 pages long. We still have a few plaster and paint issues, but our biggest concern is our stacker doors. They are extremely hard to open, close and lock - and it all seems to stem from the frame not being level on the ground. Hopefully Rawson are prompt in dealing with our items as we just want to enjoy our completed home.

10 Weeks Post Handover
The renderers we onsite yesterday to render our front retaining walls, and they look unreal. Need to let them dry out for 2 weeks before I can paint them, which will be Knight Grey - the same dark grey on the facade render.
Rawson's plasterers have arrived this morning to start fixing up the plaster defects throughout the house, and will hopefully be finished tomorrow.

9 Weeks Post Handover
We have almost been in the house now for 9 weeks. The backyard is slowly coming along, with all that remains to do now is pool fence, gates, turf down the left hand side of the house, render and paint retaining walls, deck the front portico and put in some gardens.
Over the last few weeks we have had our pool surround poured, alfresco area polished, front path poured, retaining walls fully completed, sensor lights installed and power hooked up to the pool area ready for the filters etc to be installed.
We have also had rawsons tilers back to finally finish the tiling under the bath hob, and the carpenter back to fix a few issues with our doors. The CSR plaster rep has also been out and marked up areas throughout the whole house that need to be fixed (our house is currently covered in green tape and pencil marks). They will be back next thursday/friday to come and redo - hopefully then a new lot of painters will be in to repaint i'd say 60% of the house.

5 Weeks Post Handover
We have now been in the house for 5 weeks and there is still alot of outstanding items for Rawson to come bank and complete. We havent been getting anywhere with our SS so I sent an email to feedback @ rawson and CC'd in the supervisors manager. I received a quick response advising that there is a new hunter manager and that we would contact me regarding the outstanding items. I received an apology email the following day from the new manager and was asked to email my building report and my maintenance list to date. He assured me that all items would be dealt with withing the new 2 weeks (fingers crossed).
So aside from that, we have been getting stuck into the landscaping, with our side path poured, remaining retaining walls erected, caps installed, some turf laid and the coping pavers installed around the pool.

2 Weeks Post Handover
We have now had our keys for 2 weeks, and are virtually finished unpacking and setting up the house inside. We are still on the look out for rugs, side tables, coffee tables, lamps, accessories and artwork to finish off but thought I would post some pics of the inside so far as I know how much I love seeing everyone elese pictures.
